本剧讲述了四个美丽睿智的女孩何茹、林依兰、小辣椒和安子背井离乡到南滨打工的故事。她们虽然同时漂泊在海滨，但对生活的态度及命运却截然不同，她们经历着欲罢不能的恋情；经历着一同欢笑一同流泪而又矛盾重重的友情；经历着对未知归宿的迷茫和生离死别的变迁……。讲述一个在地震中失去孩子的家庭如何接受现实，重新振作的故事。电影刻画了两对中年夫妇，一对是在地震中失去独生子的打工者夫妇，另一对则是各自忙于工作对儿子缺乏关爱和照顾的精英夫妇，他们分别陷入“无法面对失去”和“不懂得珍惜所有”的精神困境。。The seminal question of land and the displacement of Adivasi (Indigenous) Communities in India.
