该片讲述了分别生活在1983年和2015年却能够通过梦境看到彼此的两个男人为了拯救所爱之人展开的惊悚追击故事。由林秀晶饰演的女主人公允真在1983年被害身亡，海报中一袭白衣的允真在奔跑中回望，配合“救救我”的文案似有留恋。而另一张海报中，身在1983年的允真的未婚夫智焕（赵正锡 饰）和身处2015年的警察建宇（李镇旭 饰）因为“不同的时代、同一起杀人事件”而产生的交集，而他们“一定要拯救她”。。The story revolves around a group of people who gather in a stately mansion, the scene of a massacre from the past, to perform the ritual of the 'Red Book'. With the help of spirits, they try to reconnect with their deceased loved ones.。
