From the moment they ship up as freshers at their shared house, their lives are destined to collide, overlap and run the whole gamut of appalling ...。2003年《甘泉》 影片以“西部大开发”为时代背景，以漳县缺水问题为蓝本，以全国妇联开展的“大地之爱、母亲水窖”工程为引线，根据真实故事创作，讲述了农村青年明江帮助村民修建水窖，解决缺水问题的故事，表现了定西地委、行署和人民群众在水窖建设上所做的努力及取得的成绩。 影片由文化部艺术服务中心、北京大地美景影视艺术有限公司、兰州电影制片厂联合出品。。
