故事发生在二十世纪三十年代的上海。二十年前的一场家族恩仇铸成一段日后的悲喜人生。岁月如梭，当年从襁褓中分离的杨慕初（钟汉良 饰）、杨慕次（钟汉良 饰）兄弟俩，如今一个是留学海外学成归来的著名的医生；一个则留学日本，归国后参加了中共地下党。慕初在英国留学期间，曾参加“雷霆”科学研究，而此时日军在上海正研制一种神秘的细菌武器，一旦研制成功，将对人类造成极大的伤害。日军的这一计划同时被国民党军统局和中共地下党所知悉，国共双方都在第一时间作出决定，不能让日军的阴谋得逞。潜伏在中国数十年的日军王牌间谍徐玉真（李颖 饰），正是他策划了二十多年前的杨家家族惨案，如今他又要故伎重演。杨家两兄弟由刚开始的误解、猜忌，慢慢转变成同仇敌忾的战友......。A scientist performing illegal stem cell research is trying to find a cure for cancer. After the transfer of shark cells is made into a human test subject, the ill man gets well again and it looks like the treatment was a success. But the experiment goes wrong, and the man transforms into monster: half-shark & half-human. But the scientist knows how to use this to his advantage...。
