明朝晚期，锦衣卫镇抚使刘其忠因不甘向东厂称臣，被举家灭门，行刑者众多，其首名唤“金罗刹”。二十年后，幸存的两位刘家后人化名尹阡、尹陌，为寻找仇人“金罗刹”，兄弟二人先后进锦衣卫入职。。A town is being terrorized by a masked killer who is murdering women. A young woman is attacked by the killer but escapes. She believes the killer to be either the town's policeman or the manager of the local theater, and she devises a plan to find out which is the actual killer.。
